Knowing what therapy costs before you call should not be difficult. Everything is listed below. If something here is a barrier, say so when we talk — there is usually more room than people expect.
All sessions are available in person in Tyler or by telehealth anywhere in Texas.
I keep a limited number of reduced-rate openings for clients for whom the standard fee is out of reach. If that is you, ask during the consultation call. It is a normal question and it will not change how you are treated.

If I am not in network with your plan, I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Ask your plan about out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits and what percentage they reimburse.
Reimbursement is between you and your insurer. Payment for the session is still due at the time of service.
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost if you are uninsured or not using insurance to pay.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. I will provide one in writing before your first session, and you can request one at any point.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

Payment is due at the time of service, and a valid card is kept on file for billing.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations made inside 24 hours, and appointments missed without notice, may be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee.
Life happens, and illness and emergencies are handled case by case. The policy exists because a reserved hour cannot be given to someone else on short notice. Most insurance plans will not cover a missed session, so that fee is the client’s responsibility.
